With the peace of mind of a reserve price (the minimum price a property can be sold for) it offers a secure method of sale for sellers who want to have a committed purchaser and a fixed time scale for exchange and completion. A reserve price is agreed on your property, this is the lowest figure you would accept and we cannot sell the property for anything less than that amount. A starting bid is set, your property will be entered into our next online property auction and will be advertised in the catalogue or entered into our ‘online auction’ with a fixed end date.

You agree on a reserve price – the property will only sell if the reserve price reaches the amount you set. Once this is set, the property is advertised in our national auctions in our catalogues and online. Once the auction begins, bids are placed on your property – the buyer with the highest bid at the fall of the hammer is then committed to buy, meaning a deposit is paid immediately.
